Privacy

Make Repeat, Inc. runs mini mail pro. This is what the service stores, and why.

Your account

The account holds your name, your email, and a password. The name is also the sending address. Changing the name changes that address.

WordPress sites

When a site connects, mini mail pro stores the site URL, the site name, the WordPress version, and the plugin version. Connecting creates an API key for that site. Disconnecting the site revokes the key.

Mail

The log keeps the subject, who it went to, and the date and time. The message itself is sent and not stored. Attachments go out with the message and are not kept.

Payment

Stripe charges the Pro plan. mini mail pro stores the Stripe customer and subscription ids. Card numbers stay with Stripe.

Who else sees it

The account list and the mail log stay with mini mail pro. Stripe sees the card. The API only accepts the WordPress plugin, and newsletter plugins are turned away.
